By accessing or using powderdash.com (the "Site"), operated by Nataliia Ofitserova, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What PowderDash Is (And Isn't)

PowderDash is an informational website providing data, guides, and editorial content about Canadian ski resorts. We are not:

• A booking platform (we don't sell lift tickets, lodging, or travel services)
• An official resort website or affiliated entity
• A professional advisory service (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• An emergency service (for urgent mountain conditions, call the resort or 911)

We provide information to help you make decisions, but ultimate responsibility for trip planning, safety, and outcomes rests with you.

Informational Purpose Only

All content on the Site—including snow reports, resort data, webcams, guides, and blog posts—is for general informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees:

• No Warranties: Information is provided "as is" without warranties of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Subject to Change: Snow conditions, lift operations, prices, and resort policies change frequently. Always verify with official resort sources before traveling.

Skiing is Inherently Risky

Skiing and snowboarding are dangerous activities involving risks of injury or death. Hazards include: collisions, falls, avalanches, lift malfunctions, weather exposure, and terrain obstacles.

PowderDash provides information—not safety guarantees. By using the Site, you acknowledge:

• You ski or snowboard at your own risk.
• You are responsible for assessing your ability level, equipment, and conditions.
• You will follow resort rules, obey signage, and respect closures.
• You will use appropriate safety equipment (helmet, avalanche gear if backcountry).
• You will not hold PowderDash liable for accidents, injuries, or losses related to skiing.

If you're uncertain about conditions or your ability, hire a guide, take a lesson, or consult ski patrol. Don't rely solely on a website for safety decisions.

User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:
